Each job undergoes a detailed risk assessment, followed by the creation of a tailored method statement to ensure safe execution.
Incident Reporting
We use an active incident reporting system to facilitate continuous improvement, alongside regular health, and safety inspections on all sites.
Employee Training
Employee training is at the heart of our safety approach. Our personnel are trained in a range of critical safety areas, including Health and safety awareness, Abrasive wheel handling, IPAF qualifications for machinery operation, PASMA qualifications for mobile scaffolding, Forklift truck operation, Safe working at heights, First aid training CBC is fully committed to complying with industry laws and regulations, demonstrated by our in place robust health and safety management system.
