Preventative Maintenance

We currently carry out preventative maintenance programs for our clients ranging from 2 days per week to 1 day per month to reduce costly break downs in production time. The Conveyor Belt Company will take control of your conveyor systems replacing damaged parts and maintaining existing parts.

Annual Conveyor Overhauls

We currently carry out conveyor overhauls during our client's annual shutdowns replacing all damaged parts, belts, bearings, rollers, drums and side skirts. We will also help with the planning and the organization of materials to make sure the work is carried out in the most proficient manner.

Problem Solving

We work closely with our clients to help with the problems they have conveying potatoes and vegetables the main problems being bruising and spillage they call upon The Conveyor Belt Company's vast knowledge and experience in the agricultural industry and we tend to have dealt with the same problem for a similar customer.
