Endless Conveyor Belting

The Conveyor Belt Company stock many different types of PVC and PU conveyor belts. We hold 100m x 2000mm and 3000mm wide in stock and manufacture your belt to your specifications that maybe open length, vulcanised endless or c/w fasteners then we can high frequency weld flights to suit or add tracking to your belt as well.

We use the most up to date vulcanising presses at our depot in Livingston, near Edinburgh to ensure that the joint is long lasting and strong.

At The Conveyor Belt Company we can track or flight you belt to your requirements, with our own design and manufactured tracking machine or with our two high frequency welders at our Livingston depot. Tracked Conveyor Belts

Tracking profiles are usually welded to the underside of the conveyor belt to aid keeping the belt online and tracking.

KN profile has notches out of the top of the profile to make it more resistant to go around smaller drum diameter.
